I'm Stine, and I am a Professional People Person!

We are succeeding when our employees are happy, and it's a privilege for me to work on this every day; from finding Avo family members that haven't yet found us, to developing our people, our brand and our company - it's my Jobby!

Throughout my career I've been navigating growth at fast-paced, quickly-growing companies, and have been managing both people, clients and org. development in the European IT-scene. I am beyond thrilled to have found my place at Avo, and to be a part of this lean and forward-thinking organisation!

The best thing about Avo is the genuine approach to everything we do - from solving problems at our clients, to the genuine relationships between friends (colleagues) across roles and offices. It's simply quite a unique place to work!
