Hello there, I’m Anesa (spelled with one “s” and pronounced with two- I know, different- right?), and I was lucky enough to join the fabulous Avo family s in September 2019 as a manager, part time, at the Bergen office.
Avo Consulting embraces diversity, and I might be living proof on exactly that. My background is different, I am medical doctore, and have worked as a doctor for several years- and I hold a PhD in medicine from UiB and an MBA in Business and Finance from NHH. I took my MBA parall with my PhD, and it was in that period that my thoughts about artificial intelligence and robotics flourished. It was a no brainer to figure out that in a couple of yours nothing will be anything without it. Coming from the health sector I bring along a different angle of viewing things and solving problems, and so does Avo. And I believe that this is why we matched. Because this is a career site, it’s urpose probably lies in inspiring and helping you to make the right choice- well, that is how everyday work life in Avo is- it is inspiring, fruitful, stimulating and you get to help making right choices and learning new things every day. At least that’s what I do.
When I don’t work- I tend to listen and read. Listen to music (spoiler alert: I am an opera fan) and go to concerts, listen to friends when we hang out, and listen to the silence and wilderness of nature when I hike. I love reading fiction and poems- and probably read about 2-4 books a month, depending on time available.
So to the 7 quick questions:

6. Hidden talent: I wish it was singing- but it’s not. 7.
Life motto: “Treat others in the same way you wish to be treated.”
